ONESCO is committed to excellent service! The STARTeam is our frontline customer service resource for all ONESCO representatives, and also guides new representatives through the process of transitioning their business to ONESCO.

What can our STARTeam do for you?

Support
The STARTeam will help service your business needs. Cross-trained to work with each channel of ONESCO business (clearing business and direct business), STARTeam members will answer your questions about submitting business, transferring accounts, depositing funds and a wide variety of other topics.

Transition
If you’re new to ONESCO, the STARTeam will contact you to help you understand your pre-registration and post-registration responsibilities, and will guide you through the various methods of transitioning your business over to ONESCO, so that there’s minimal disruption to your production.

Resource
While the STARTeam will be equipped to handle most questions and concerns, if a situation arises that requires a more specialized skill, the STARTeam will direct you to the appropriate department. Taking the guesswork out of trying to decide which area can help with your circumstances will save you time!

Team
The STARTeam consists of experienced ONESCO employees who are NASD licensed, including several licensed as principals. Each team member is familiar with the various aspects of ONESCO including the Brokerage Services/Trade Desk, Operations, Contracting & Licensing, Compliance, and Marketing.
