Mutual Fund Wrap-Fee Programs
We offer some of the most competitive and recognized mutual fund wrap-fee programs in the industry. Designed for distribution by investment adviser representatives, our programs allow you to gather assets by offering professional portfolio management services. We provide an opportunity for you to delegate the management of your clients' assets to professional portfolio managers while you focus on managing the client relationship and building your business.

Asset Management Services
ONESCO offers both “Separately Managed Accounts,” and “Unified Managed Accounts” to our representatives registered with ONIMCO.

A Separately Managed Account (SMA) is a portfolio of investments, in which the investor has direct ownership of each equity (stock) or bond in the portfolio, but delegates authority to make decisions about which securities to buy or sell to a professional money manager. An SMA, therefore, combines the beneficial features of investing directly in the stock market and investing through mutual funds, because the investor owns the stocks directly, but the expertise and research resources of a professional money manager are applied to the investment process and stock selection. With the client directly owning the underlying securities, there is an inherent level of tax-control that is absent with traditional mutual fund investing.

Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs) can provide flexibility and diversification in a professionally managed single account for a lower minimum than traditional separately managed accounts (SMAs). UMAs typically enable clients to invest in traditional separately managed accounts, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds – all in one account for a relatively low investment. UMAs are a great option for a client who wants the benefits of a diversified portfolio without the administrative work of opening several SMAs.

Our asset management products includes consolidated reporting, custody and safekeeping, ongoing account monitoring, comprehensive quarterly performance reports, automatic fee calculation and fee-billing services.
